These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when you use the Chandni website and place an order. By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
This page is general information for customers and should be reviewed by the store owner before it is relied on as a final set of terms.
Orders
You may place an order through the website checkout. An order is an offer to buy the products selected in your cart. We may accept, refuse, or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if information is incomplete, or if we reasonably believe there is an error or a risk of misuse.
After checkout, you should receive an order confirmation through the website. Please check that your contact and delivery details are correct before you submit an order.
Product Information
We aim to present products clearly through photographs and descriptions. Jewellery is a physical, handmade or finished object, so small differences in colour, finish, or appearance can occur, including because of lighting and screen settings.
Product pages show the details available at the time of listing. If a product is a variable item, please review the available options before adding it to your cart.
Pricing
Prices are displayed on the product and checkout pages in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless another currency is shown. The price you pay is the price confirmed at checkout for that order.
The store does not currently add a separate tax line at checkout. If a price is displayed in obvious error, we may cancel the order or contact you before fulfilling it.
We may update prices from time to time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where an obvious error needs to be corrected.
Payment
The payment methods offered at checkout are the methods that apply to your order. At the time this page was prepared, the store offered:
- Cash on Delivery; and
- Direct bank transfer.
Card payment is not currently configured as an active checkout method. If additional methods are enabled later, they will appear at checkout and this page should be updated.
For bank transfer, payment instructions are provided during checkout. We may wait to prepare or dispatch an order until the transfer is received. For Cash on Delivery, payment is collected when the order is delivered, subject to the delivery arrangements for that order.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery options, if available, are shown at checkout. Coverage, timing, and any delivery charges depend on the information displayed when you place your order and on the details you provide.

Returns / Refunds
If something is wrong with an order, please contact us as soon as you can and include your order details. We will look at the situation and explain the options that may be available.

Intellectual Property
The Chandni name, logo, website design, product photographs taken for the store, and original text on this website are protected as the store’s materials, except where they belong to someone else.
You may not copy, reuse, or distribute website content for commercial purposes without permission. Product images, plugin software, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Website Use
You agree to use the website lawfully and fairly. You must not attempt to interfere with the site, misuse checkout or account features, submit false information, or use the website to send harmful or unsolicited content.
We may suspend access to the website, or refuse an order, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
Limitation of Liability
We want the website and our products to work as described. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss that we could not reasonably foresee, or for issues caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, network failures, or inaccurate information supplied by you.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including rights you may have as a consumer.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will change. You should review this page before placing a new order.
